Klass Dance Academy offers a number of different styles and classes for all ages. Our classes include Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Tap, Commercial, Highland, Acrobatics, Jazz Technique, and Competition Classes. Klass Dance Academy is highly regarded as one of the best dance schools in Midlothian and is committed to driving the success of our pupils.
Opportunities
with KLASS
The opportunities are endless when you join our Academy. We take part in lots of performances in the community as well as our own big show every 2 years. We perform at local gala days, open days & care homes . We also have a great big show at The Brunton Theatre, Musselburgh every 2 years. Alongside performing opportunities, our syllabus classes give dancers the chance to sit dance exams and to take part in dance competitions

At KLASS Dance Academy we pride ourselves on the quality of each individual lesson given. ALL teachers at KLASS have the correct teaching qualifications under the dance boards ISTD, RAD & Acrobatic Arts. The health and wellbeing of each dancer alongside correct technique being taught is something that we feel vital in the making of a fantastic dancer. The teachers at KLASS continuously work towards new courses and qualifications to continue to be able to deliver the best lessons possible for all dancers.

KDA CLASSES
We have a selection of classes available open to various different age groups. Whatever your experience whatever your level we would love you to participate with us at Klass.
Highland
A brand new style brought to Klass Academy in 2021.
Ballet
Learn the foundations of dance with ballet technique.
Modern
Syllabus technique class working towards modern exams.
TAP
A class to learn all tap technique and choreography for all ages.
Technique
Working on strength & technique to benefit all turns and limbering.
COMMERCIAL
An upbeat dance class learning choreography to all the latest chart.
Acrobatic
Gymnastic style class working on tricks to incorporate in dance.
Competition
Choreography class to enable enrollment in competitions.
My little girl Tilly joined Klass Dance Academy just over a year ago. I watched her take part in their dance show last night. It was Amazing! She absolutely loved it. All the dancers were amazing. I think it shows how much effort and work the teachers put into all the kids

Happy New Year
Blog Hi All, Happy New Year! As we begin the new term in lockdown we will be starting back all classes on zoom. The hard work must continue and we are still looking to progress towards our goals and achieve our dreams
